Hi, I’m Amelia but you can call me Ameel.

I’m 16, 8/4/96 my womb escape day :’) 

I live in a very small area of South Wales, population of about 4677.

I have two brothers and one sister, my mam and dad have never really been concerned about what I do and they don’t support me that much either. My dad and my sister are always in and out of hospital so I understand why I get pushed aside a lot.

I love music, I can play the drums :’), 

I like sports , hockey and dance mainly and I love *acting* drama :’)

I have been a self harmer for the past 7 years and I am now trying to stop finally, I promise I am here for anyone and everyone who needs help.

I have been suicidal before so I know how that feels too.

Demi Lovato is my inspiration.

I write poetry a lot. Not many people have seen my poems though.

Hi, I’m Cassie. :) I’m 14 and I live in Victoria, Australia. I have a pretty messed up head. I have depression and a few other things. I started self harming this year but I’m trying to stop. :) Because of all I’ve been through I’m a really understanding person. I can sympathise and empathize really well. If somebody is sad I try my very best to help them, even if I can’t help I can always listen and try to cheer you up. I hate seeing people suffer. It breaks my heart. So I try to help as many people as I can, it makes me feel like I have a reason to live, and that I am needed. I’m always here for anyone, so don’t be afraid to talk to me! :)
